Did you know that if you tried to contact Southwest, you can find their phone number (and a 20 minute wait - or they will call you back which is very cool) and you can find their MAILING ADDRESS to send them a letter! But it's hard to find an email address on their site where you can send them an email.
But you can go to good old TWITTER and send any 140 character message you'd like and their girl will get it, pass it on, and possibly even tweet you back!
I'm thinking she doesn't do that for free. If she works for Southwest, she gets paid. (And she probably loves her job. All the employees of Southwest that I've encountered do.)
