When I became a mom I was determined my children would be better prepared for the "real" world than I had been at my high school graduation. Though I had straight A's I was scared to death and had no direction or sense of who God had uniquely created me to be, let alone do! My choice of career utilized the standard Russian roulette of my limited view of my capabilities and sense of how I could earn a living. It resulted in my feeling much of my adult life like a round peg squashed in a square hole-frustrated, unsatisfied and often unprofitable. My experiences in management and human resources revealed I was in good company. I would not believe God intended so much of our lives to be tortuous drudgery.

Our homeschooling adventure schooled me in a growing realization of just how differently we are each wired. My passion was birthed to partner with people to discover their God-given design, to help them become more of who they already are. Life can be lived profitably accomplishing what God has prepared for us to do with passion and purpose. I found coaching to be the perfect vehicle to enable others on that journey.

Coaching, whether in life design and purpose, goal acceleration or maximizing family relationships, focuses on you, through deep listening, adding perspective, and powerful questions. My training as a professional life coach and my experience in counseling, teaching and speaking, as well as a home school mom and wife, empower my own design and drive to help others frame their life puzzle pieces into their unique masterpiece.
